| Save the Date deposit $75.00 fee is a deposit to hold your date and is non-refundable. Due within 48hrs of booking. No ceremony is considered confirmed without this as a minimum. |

| . In office same-day ceremonies are cash only. Personal checks will only be accepted thirty days or more before your event and a fee of $30.00 will be charged for checks that are returned. |
| To confirm your ceremony booking please click on the appropriate button to pay using Pay Pal. Unlike many other wedding vendors, our prices are plainly printed here. I do not up-charge for contact or personalization. I will not nickel and dime you to death for customization or personal service. You deserve to have excellent service with a price you can depend on. |

| When you checkout with Paypal they will send both you and I a confirmation of payment. I will then email you a confirmation of your booking and any balance due. |
| Holiday Surcharge Any ceremony booked on a major holiday will require an additional fee off $100.00. The exceptions are Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve which are $250.00. This is in addition to the ceremony package charge and any mileage charge. |
| Refund Policy: A $75.00 fee will be withheld for all ceremony cancellations. All of fees paid beyond your deposit will be refunded if your event is cancelled at least thirty days in advance. One half of fees paid beyond the deposit will be refunded provided that the cancellation is at least fourteen days prior to your event. All cancellations must be made in writing. |

| Please be aware that booking an elopement and inviting more than the allowed number of guests constitutes a wedding and will require an additional payment of $100.00 cash prior to the start of the ceremony. No refund will be given for cancellations due to inappropriate attendance or booking. |
